"Repair guy was great"
I was having an issue with my Sleep Number bed not adjusting the way it should, which was extra annoying because I’d just washed all the sheets and was trying to make the bed before dinner. I called customer service and they got a repair visit set up quickly. The tech showed up on time, took a look at everything, and fixed the problem without turning it into a whole big thing. He also explained what went wrong in regular, normal words, which I appreciated. Bed is working fine again now. Really happy with the service

"Setup was smoother than I expected"
I was kind of surprised how easy it all went. The delivery guys showed up during the window and had the bed put together fast. The app setup made me go “wait, what?” a couple times, but they helped enough to get me through it. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the instructions were a little clearer

"Sleeping so much better now"
We’ve had our Sleep Number bed for a few months now, and I really do feel like I’m sleeping better. My husband likes his side a lot firmer than I do, so being able to set each side differently has been a big deal for us. It took me a couple nights to figure out my perfect number, but now it just feels right, if that makes sense. It’s super comfortable, and I’m not waking up nearly as sore as I used to.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered from sleepnumber.com thinking the delivery process would be straightforward, but it dragged on a lot longer than they originally told me. I kept checking for updates like I was tracking a package I forgot I even wanted, except this was a whole bed and not, you know, a random kitchen gadget from Amazon. The delivery date changed more than once, which got frustrating fast.

The bed itself is fine now that it’s finally here, and I’m glad that part worked out, but the waiting really took some of the excitement out of it. Communication could have been much better, especially for something that costs this much. I get delays happen, but I expected the delivery side to feel more organized.

"Decent adjustable base, but a little finicky"
From what I remember using it so far, the adjustable base does what it’s supposed to do, but it hasn’t been totally smooth every time. It works fine most days, but there have been a few times where it seemed to stick a bit before moving. Not a dealbreaker, just not quite as perfect as I was hoping.

I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better most nights, which has been a nice change. I usually wake up feeling more rested than I used to, but it’s not perfect, I still have some mornings where I wake up a little sore. Overall, it’s been an improvement, just not a total fix for me

I like that you can adjust the firmness, and it does make a difference. But it can feel kind of finicky sometimes, like you have to mess with it more than you’d expect to get it feeling right. It’s useful, just a bit annoying when that happens.

Just a warning if you’re used to an old noisy adjustable bed like I was — this one is way quieter. I barely hear it moving when I adjust it at night, which has been such a relief. Really happy with it so far.

"My back feels so much better now"
I used to wake up with a sore lower back almost every morning, i figured my bed was probably part of the problem. After getting my Sleep Number bed, it took a few nights to dial in the right setting, but once I did, the difference was clear. I’m sleeping better and waking up with way less back pain. Makes sense when you think about it, if your bed actually supports you the way you need, your body’s going to feel better in the morning.

"Leak fixed without much hassle"
I had an air chamber leak and was frustrated at first, but Sleep Number walked me through figuring out the issue and got the part sent out. Once it was fixed, the bed started holding air like it should again, which made a big difference in getting comfortable and sleeping normally.

"Connected way faster than I expected"
I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about using this app. But it connected really fast for me and has been working fine so far. Kind of makes me question my loyalty a bit

We really liked our Sleep Number bed during the first year. It was easy to adjust and that helped my back a bit, so at first I felt good about the whole thing.

After a while though, one side started feeling like it was dipping or sagging a little. It wasn’t horrible or anything, but it was enough that I’d wake up feeling like I didn’t get the support I needed.

Customer support was okay, but this and that took longer than I expected. For what we paid, I just thought it would hold up better over time

"comfy, but not holding up as well as i hoped"
we’ve had our Sleep Number mattress for a few years now, i loved it at first. it was super comfortable and the air settings still work like they should. but lately the middle doesn’t feel as supportive, and one side seems like it’s starting to sag a little. for what we paid, i guess i expected it to hold up better. it’s not a bad bed, just kind of a mixed experience at this point.

"Warranty help was easy, even though my remote gave up"
My remote started acting up, which was on the remote more than anything I did. I reached out to the warranty team and they got a replacement sent out quickly. No runaround or big hassle, so I’m happy with how it was handled.

"I had to call twice before..."
I had to call twice before my issue actually got sorted out. The first person I talked to seemed kinda rushed and didn’t really explain what was going on, which was frustrating. The second person was much nicer though and did help me get it fixed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was slower and more of a hassle than I’d expected.

"Pump’s working great again"
Got the new pump set up and it’s running really quiet, like way better than the old one. It fills the bed fast too. No issues so far, so yeah I’m happy with it tbh.
